These terms set out the agreement between you and Survings Pvt. Ltd., trading as XIAING, whenever you browse our site, place an order, or accept a delivery. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt straight away, but the contract between us forms only when we send you a dispatch or production confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify payment — and if we do, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take payment when you order made-to-order pieces, since work begins immediately, and we accept the methods listed at checkout. If a price is shown incorrectly through obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding rather than simply charge the higher amount.

Availability and lead times
Availability and lead times
Much of what we make is built to order, so lead times are honest estimates, not guarantees, and we give the current range on each product page and in your confirmation. Natural materials and handwork occasionally take longer; if a piece will be significantly delayed we tell you promptly and offer the choice to wait, change the order, or cancel for a full refund.

We deliver on the terms set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received payment in full. Please check your piece on arrival and raise any concern with the delivery team, as described in that policy.

You may cancel or return most pieces under our Returns & Refunds policy, which also forms part of this agreement. Made-to-order and customised pieces are produced specifically for you and are treated differently there. None of this affects your statutory right to reject goods that are faulty or not as described.

Our furniture is covered by the guarantee described in our Warranty & Guarantee policy. It protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the periods stated there, sits alongside your legal rights, and does not replace them.

The XIAING name, our designs, photography, words, and the look of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You are welcome to share and reference them, but not to copy our designs for manufacture or to use our materials commercially without written permission.

We stand behind our work and will always put right anything we get wrong. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the value of your order, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
